Healthy in-between meal snacks may also be required consisting of nuts, wholemeal crackers, sardines, raw vegetable salads or fruit. You should remain under the guidance of your own Doctor. "Glicemic Balance" capsules will not interact adversely with insulin or oral hypoglycemic drugs.
